Can someone explain to me, how do they propose to know how many miles we drive? Are we going to have to register our car mileage with the DMV? Attach GPS trackers? What if we borrow a car or rent a car? Honor system?

Wouldn't a gas tax accomplish the same thing and much easier? Oh wait, they did that one.... I guess they need a new scam....
