As a former Amazon delivery driver, I can confirm you have to piss in bottles when driving for them. I still have a dopamine rush when I drive past a neighborhood construction site with a Porta potty.

They're being sneaky as fuck with their wording in those tweets though.

Technically, the people peeing in bottles in the back of vans are not their employees. They're employees of the Delivery Service Provider(DSP) logistics companies that they contract with. Which means they're able to say "Our employees do not have to pee in bottles, blah blah they get health care, blah." Their employees don't.

Can I ask you an honest question? Did the piss bottle behavior carry over to your home life? A retired trucker I know has a collection of 30 or so piss filled milk jugs in his trailer.

No thankfully. I live in the woods and it's a lot more satisfying to go on a short nature walk and find a tree to pee on. Otherwise I begrudgingly use the toilet.
