There is such thing as a "good fit" and that's because having like minded people in a team makes them more cohesive and efficient. Diversity based on skin color is not really what they are going for though it appears that way because they say it. Diversity is a way to funnel-in like minded lefties under the guise of race. It just so happens that due to indoctrination and racial pandering many "minorities" are straight-up commies. It becomes a self-selecting group where any person that is against these policies is likely to avoid such institutions as they aren't likely to succeed or even be considered.

So Diversity and Inclusion is clearly a filter, not of race, but of leftism. The real kick in the balls is, leftism is inherently contrarian and not a purely principled ideology. Those people that are brought into the fold aren't actually like minded. They all have purity tests that contradict each other. So you may call them like minded, but they actually aren't. They lack cohesion. It creates a stasi work environment where every individual is looking for their opportunity to oust one another. They diverse themselves into chaos.

I just hope this chaos happens quickly so good people can pick up the pieces and get shit running again.
