Stay home. Don't fund their payoffs. Is there a list of projects and their projected amounts? Timeframe for completion? It's more slush fund money like obama pulled in his first year with the FIRST TRILLION he stole from us and never used to realize his infrastructure projects.

Don't stay home. Don't pay this tax. How the hell are they going to log everyone's miles or even check if the numbers are accurate?

Staying home would just continue the lockdown, too but for a different reason.

Worst case scenario make up some number so you don't have to pay too much but won't be targeted for tax evasion or something.
