It really bugs me listening to semi-conservative radio hosts point out some legal move by Powell that is made to look like she is conceding where it is basically a re-positioning by her. The goal is to drag it our forever and drain her funds and win in the court of public opinion.

If this case does make it to some court in the future, will it matter anyway? The election won't be overturned, the damage will be done, and at best, Dominion pays some fines they the Deep State will cover. The Democrats say "too many people to blame, move on, What's good for Wall Street is good for Main Street answer.

Will this be a case where there is a jury?
I'm sure she is smart enough to countersue and have that covered. I think what she wants is discovery
