The point is this: A threat indicates a line not to be crossed. It goes both ways, so when you make the threat you should be prepared.
This is what the 2nd was for. Most of us are afraid for the consequences.
Those who compromise hate this country as much as the left. When your opponent knows you hate violence and do pretty much anything to avoid it, they become a madness. When you refuse to even talk about what is "too far" or "no go," they become the sickness.
At what point is our self-restraint in the face of the consequences going to evolve for lack of remedy into the time when evil is called good and good evil? Maybe, we're there already.
Finally, ask yourselves, why does the parent know they are right in the face of an adamantly obstinate child?
Proverbs 13:24 - He who spares his rod hates his son, But he who loves him disciplines him promptly.
Ecclesiastes 8:11 - Because the sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.
With what? The majority of the country will join the secession and there will only be random blue islands remaining for the Left. Blue islands with no means of production since they had long been supported by revenue generated from red states/counties. They would be crushed under their own weight very quickly. You set up state-level electoral colleges to prevent blue cities from controlling state-level elections and NO mail-in voting for any reason. We leave and create a system that shuts out Commies from any type of power. We know what to plan against and put the proper laws in-place to stop it from happening again.
You think it's ceding ground. Nope. This would destroy them. The best part would be watching their blue islands destroy themselves.
It would be much more efficient to just destroy them directly ourselves.
Good luck finding enough people to join. We can't even get people on our side to take off the masks in the supermarket. You expect everyone to join a shooting war? If you're talking about man-power, a serious secession movement is the way to go. This way you get 55, 65, 75 year-olds to join the fight. Or the disabled. People who won't be able to take part in a shooting war or revolution even if they wanted to.
