Considering the absolute worst case fatality rate is 0.26% (if you even believe the exagerrated attributions to Covid) your immune system has a 99.73% chance of beating whatever "Covid" is.

Vaccines - roughly around 70% - long term effects or even just seasonal effects - UNKNOWN
