And here I am, in a rural area that is known for not wearing seat belts, rolling through stop signs, throwing beer cans out the window, driving with suspended driver's licenses, etc., etc., etc. And yet when I go to the local kroger or walmart, as far as I can tell I am the only person walking around without a china muzzle. If this was an urban area, I'd agree. But here? It's pick-ups and side-by-sides, beer, whiskey and weed. Most stop signs are decorated with bullet holes and every year or so someone comes through and bashes the mailboxes.The culture is if you want us to do something, tell us we can't.
