If such is the case, it would imply that we don't hold enough federal, media or money power to counter the bias.
Clearly, this agenda is a preemptive measure to a perceived power struggle.

Its not really that. Its that the establishment hates the middle class and wants to use the poor to attack the middle class for the benefit of the rich. The strategy they are using to do that is to create anti-white hate - which results in more racism across the board from all races - which keeps the lower classes from ever getting together and realizing that the upper class is extracting America for their benefit.
You will never get widespread white solidarity. Public schools have created a generation of white people that want the destruction of white people.
Somebody must hate white people, as a race, to have done all of this.
It's another race group, with the means to have done so.
