Once equity is instilled as a federal policy, nobody is going to work hard again. Why should they when you know your hard work is not going to benefit you? Why grow your business when you will get taxed more for doing so? Why invent something when it will be taken away from you?

Our country is going to be "Atlas Shrugged" layers and layers of government rules and regulations with equity and racism as its driving force. Government giveaways can only last so long and it you work hard and don't get rewarded for it you just give up. Just be like the rest of them and just sit back and wait for your paycheck. You want to work and be productive but it won't matter, if the lazy guy gets as much as me I'll just be lazy and happy too. Stop fighting the system and become part of the system and just let it crash.

I was offered some management courses at my job, so I asked if it will affect pay, they told me no. Then I asked what's the point to do that, they told in future it will be mandatory for everyone's to have all possible training for all roles. So they want ewryone to have the same skill set and pay the same money. They just want bunch of easy replaceable robot workers.
