People make mistakes. Young people make mistakes. Many people in places like Baltimore, young people especially, ARE victims of the circumstances around them. Most police officers and firefighters ARE in those jobs to protect and help people when they make mistakes.
With all due respect, I would highly recommend that you change your point of view. If everyone thought this way there would not be much hope or help for those in need.
