Brings up the important topic of the lack of ACLU/ACLJ organizations dedicated to defending the rights of America First citizens. If we had such a group we wouldn't have people like Syndey and Co backing down when they know they're right. As it stands we know for a fact that the ACLU and ACLJ turn a blind eye to legal conservative interests nearly for a decade now.

LiskaEman 24 points ago +24 / -0

The ACLJ has been pretty good with their stuff, I thought and fighting/suing/etc? They just hired Pompeo and Grenell to help, Or am I missing something?

13
War_Hamster 13 points ago +13 / -0

I think you are correct.

They have an afternoon radio show in SoCal that I catch from time to time and their speakers all seem based and effective.

8
LiskaEman 8 points ago +8 / -0

I watch them on youtube, they've been very informative and great. The only reason I don't watch sometimes I know i'll be absolutely ticked off and I won't be able to wind my temper down.

7
War_Hamster 7 points ago +7 / -0

I've been holding my temper down for 12+ years now.

9
LiskaEman 9 points ago +9 / -0

I was unfortunately mostly blind till 2014 near the end of Obama's term when I realized something was really wrong. Now I'm mad as hell at anyone willfully ignorant.

3
War_Hamster 3 points ago +3 / -0

You joined the party earlier than most, so congrats.

What I try to remember is that many of them are victims of a massive gaslighting and brainwashing effort. Some of them can still wake up if we can reach them.

The ones who are actively cheering on the corruption are a different matter. I've had to eliminate them from my life so that altercations don't happen. I can only hold my temper for so long.

Interestingly, some of the more recently red-pilled are very effective at going back to their old circles and rescuing others. Everyone already knows where I stand, so there are some who won't even listen to me.

2
LiskaEman 2 points ago +2 / -0

I’ve been trying to do the same- looking for opportunities and taking them where I can as an effort to educate etc. it’s the craziest damn thingi’ve ever seen. I just have to keep remembering that I have to make it through and i’m more prepared than most!

julianleroux 10 points ago +10 / -0

YES, money would be much better spent on defending and supporting the hundreds of ordinary, patriotic Americans across the country that are being bulldozed by the Leftist Deep State. Don't waste money on overpriced lawsuits that will have no consequence (since the Deep State bureaucracy will just ignore them, whatever the outcome)

6
Ilove45 6 points ago +6 / -0

Court cases would also serve a great secondary purpose - letting regular Americans know what's going on. Imagine taking on some small town school superintendent/bully who won't let your kid say a prayer in school. We never hear about it, but it happens. This would at least get some attention (I'd personally offer my writing skills to do press releases for something like that).

2
RegularAmerican 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah I'm gonna spend that on my family where they will directly benefit. Maybe if i was some kind of philanthropist.

I’d apply to come work for this non-profit. I’m one hell of a researcher and I’d be honored to work for an organization that wants America First loving Patriots.

-7
MAGA_SCIENCE -7 points ago +5 / -12

It's actually in the works.

2
TuckerCarlsonsTie 2 points ago +2 / -0

Then I’ll keep my eye out and my ears to the ground for news.

3
CMDRConanAAnderson 3 points ago +3 / -0

I figured that was the case, they cherry picked her statement. With the censorship around all things election it's very hard to hear info from the source. As you know Syndey is banned on basically everything as well.

2
BlaineBug 2 points ago +2 / -0

ACLU is shit, understood. I thought the ACLJ was far superior.

1
MerlynTrump 1 point ago +1 / -0

Every once in a while ACLU does something good. So I wouldn't donate to them, but if there is a pede in need and ACLU takes up the case, might as well let them use some money on something good rather so they have less to spend on something bad.

Heck even PETA has filed briefs in David Daleiden 's case (https://www.thomasmoresociety.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/210306-DD-PP-2020-Appeal-Free-Speech-Animal-Rts-amicus-brf-dkt-46.pdf) and in AFP v Becerra.

Trump's DOJ; sits on hands while election law is changed illegally.

Biden's DOJ; investigating states that are fixing election law legally.

Because muh disenfranchisement.

22
FudgyFudgeBots 22 points ago +23 / -1

Yes!!!!

This is how we beat them. Tie them up in court cases, drain their bank accounts defending lawsuits.

They used this tactic to change policies in our schools and city governments. They sued knowing the school systems would cave because they couldnt afford to defend the lawsuits.

We need to use their own tactics against them. Start with suing the schools to change their policies so we can save our kids. .

3
RedditIs4Retards 3 points ago +3 / -0

Drain their back accounts? You mean our tax money? Our trillions of dollars they've stolen from us? Oh hold on, they're printing more money just for themselves. K resume, drain them again.

1
FudgyFudgeBots 1 point ago +1 / -0

Drain the accounts of private corporations. Sue them for everything.

Cities and schools dont have the money to defend lawsuits so they will cave to us as they have to the commies.

Govt is going to continue to steal our money until we stop them. We cant use money as an excuse not to tie them up in courts to make an effort to stop them.

1
RedditIs4Retards 1 point ago +1 / -0

How do you still think the justice system works lol

1
FudgyFudgeBots 1 point ago +1 / -0

Once again, you missed the point.

The justice system is irrelevant. Its corrupt. But one thing that cant be cheated is the amount of money it takes to defend a lawsuit.

The entities that cant afford to defend a lawsuit like school systems, city or county governments etc. have no choice but to fold and give into demands.

How did the left get prayer taken out of schools? They sued. It was easier to cave than to fork out the money to defnd themselves in court. We can use this tactic to force them to remove SJW curriculum.

Corporations have an endless supply of money but negative publicity and boycotts that come with lawsuits will potentially cause them to change course. They are in it for profits, period.

The media should also be sued every time they lie. Retractions are not enough and should not be allowed as a reason to drop a lawsuit.

Think. Look at the past and study the methods they used to get here.

1
RedditIs4Retards 1 point ago +1 / -0

Money? They burn that shit for fun just to bring more communism. They're billionaires who are funded by our tax money and billionaires/globalists... we literally won't make a dent but we sure as hell will go broke.

You're missing something here... The left is successful with these lawsuits because the whole system is already subverted and it's part of the government's plans. Our rights are constantly being taken away and NEVER given back.

The left suing is nothing... The communist subverted system was already planning to destroy religion and all things conservative/capitalist.

Look at MSM corporations... They don't GIVE A SINGLE FUCK about negative publicity. The entire right hates them and they're only picking up the pace. They don't give a fuck about anything but winning and money is not it.

As if Fox news didn't know they would lose a majority of their conservative listener base when they fucked us. As if Twitter didn't know they'd lose billions after banning Trump and conservative.

Fuck the methods, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT is New World Order Communism. NOT MONEY. It won't be long til money isn't shit anyway.

1
FudgyFudgeBots 1 point ago +1 / -0

Do you not understand what Im saying? Winning lawsuits doesnt matter. We can force schools and local governments to bend to our will just by filing a lawsuit.

Thats how they defeated us. They got into the school system and brainwashed our kids into believing their garbage.

They forced cities to abandon any reference to God. They didnt have to spend any money tlbecause they knew the lawsuits would never make it to court. They won without even trying.

We must start with taking back our schools. The future voters will determine the future of this country.

You would have to live under a rock to not know how corrupt the judicial system is. But if you are smart, you will learn from your enemies and mimick their success. Its an uphill battle that wont be won overnight. It took them 40 years but they won.

To sit around and complain about how corrupt the system is without trying to figure out how to use it the way they did is how we continue to lose. When your strategy isnt working, for Gods sake, change your strategy.

1
RedditIs4Retards 1 point ago +1 / -0

Once again, they defeated us because the entire system is built to defeat us by communists. File a lawsuit and tell me how it goes

don't like his mannerisms

Nobody is asking you to blow him, pede. He is based. One of the few true patriots in the Trump administration.

2
War_Hamster 2 points ago +2 / -0

Hence my emphasis on him being on the right side of the issues.

To be honest, he's one of the players that I know the least about. He's kind of risen in significance by A) how much they hate him, and B) the very admirable loyalty to Trump he's displayed.

3

By offering to cut taxes, you are accepting of the legality of income taxes.

I'd prefer to address the fact that nowhere in the 16th Amendment is there any provision for taxing wages. Wages are NOT income.

Good, this is a step in the right direction. Establish legal groups to sue the shit out of the left, gerrymander the fuck out of every state, and establish similar voting laws like they passed in GA to other states (MI is already doing this). The GOP control state legislatures by a strong margin in many states, it’s time for them to actually do something for once and fight back.

2

This makes me so happy. That POS Marc Elias from Perkins Coie (who was also involved with the Steele dossier) sued states before 2020 to change their election laws.

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/marc-elias-ex-clinton-lawyer-steele-dossier-sanctioned-by-texas-court

He's also trying to help overturn that election in Iowa

8
MrBabySpam 8 points ago +8 / -0

Ken Paxton have already seen success in suing the Biden administration, with Paxton effectively overturning Biden’s temporary cessation of all ICE deportations as a violation of federal law.

Isn't it insane how this administration is BREAKING FEDERAL LAW and lefties couldnt care less?

2
TuckerCarlsonsTie 2 points ago +2 / -0

It’s not insane, it’s par for the fraudulent course. It’s easy to lie when your voter base is morally smug or bafflingly stupid.

6
Tayzi 6 points ago +6 / -0

I do think we're beyond the point of legal action. An election was stolen with mountains of evidence and the highest court in the country said "no standing"

I'm not advocating for violence or anything, but it should be very obvious that there's one box left. Supreme Court is a farce and every lower court can use their "rulings" as a precedent. We're in a very bad spot right now, and adding more beaurocracy to the equation isn't the solution. Removing beaurocracy by the necessary means is the only thing that will stave off this communist takeover.

4
TheThreeSeashells 4 points ago +4 / -0

Two boxes: Secession or war.

I agree with you that legal action is pointless. We watched endless amounts of laws broken in the last year and nobody cares. They will just keep breaking the law. We can't share a country with these people anymore. I'm all for secession, but if it has to be done another way, so be it.

2
Tayzi 2 points ago +2 / -0

I really hope you friends succeed. I'm north of the border in a land already lost to globalism and retards. State rights are amazing, and if a competent constitutional lawyer paves the way for secession, backed by the people, I could see it happen.

I'm a young man, but I'd die happy with the knowledge that the strongest, and one of the last bastions of freedom is secured by the Patriots that love their country and way of life. God bless

1
TheThreeSeashells 1 point ago +1 / -0

We don't need a lawyer to secede. It's a perfectly legal action. We just need to get enough people in place with the will to do what's right. That seems increasingly difficult lately. However, we've been getting a lot of "virtual secession" actions lately from the states so I'm hoping enough of that will whet their appetite for the real thing.

3
Tookens 3 points ago +3 / -0

I've been saying for a while I don't understand why every single one of these Biden executive orders isn't being met with an immediate lawsuit by 25 GOP governors in front of sympathetic, activist judges. This is how Dims spent the last 4 years. It's how this is done now.

1
TheThreeSeashells 1 point ago +1 / -0

More direct action is needed. States have to begin declaring themselves immune from any actions taken by the shadow admin. Some states like Oklahoma have taken such actions and others have action in the works but this has to more widespread. 10th Amendment. The Left loved it last year, now it's time to show them why it really exists. Next stop: Secession!
