If we had such a group we wouldn't have people like Syndey and Co backing down when they know they're right. YES, money would be much better spent on defending and supporting the hundreds of ordinary, patriotic Americans across the country that are being bulldozed by the Leftist Deep State. Don't waste money on overpriced lawsuits that will have no consequence (since the Deep State bureaucracy will just ignore them, whatever the outcome)
Court cases would also serve a great secondary purpose - letting regular Americans know what's going on. Imagine taking on some small town school superintendent/bully who won't let your kid say a prayer in school. We never hear about it, but it happens. This would at least get some attention (I'd personally offer my writing skills to do press releases for something like that).

They have an afternoon radio show in SoCal that I catch from time to time and their speakers all seem based and effective.

Yeah I'm gonna spend that on my family where they will directly benefit. Maybe if i was some kind of philanthropist.
