I agree with you that legal action is pointless. We watched endless amounts of laws broken in the last year and nobody cares. They will just keep breaking the law. We can't share a country with these people anymore. I'm all for secession, but if it has to be done another way, so be it.
I really hope you friends succeed. I'm north of the border in a land already lost to globalism and retards. State rights are amazing, and if a competent constitutional lawyer paves the way for secession, backed by the people, I could see it happen.

We don't need a lawyer to secede. It's a perfectly legal action. We just need to get enough people in place with the will to do what's right. That seems increasingly difficult lately. However, we've been getting a lot of "virtual secession" actions lately from the states so I'm hoping enough of that will whet their appetite for the real thing.
