With all these migrants passing through countries like Mexico to get to the US they are probably using up some resources of some poor countries so could Biden be sued by them because he essentially invited them to come, or does the US already have something in place to compensate them?

This move saves Mexico money. Just the removal of their troops that were at the border is a huge financial relief. They won’t do anything to stop it despite claiming they are gonna step up patrols at their southern border.
Trump should tell them if he gets back in he will retroactively punish Mexico for pretending like they don’t love Biden and his moves.

If they found the specific people pushing these caravans, they could (& should) lock them up without a trial. US law only applies to US soil.
