I started a job last September with a company which was willing to double my salary to come work for them. Now with having a couple facilities experiencing covid outbreaks. (Which seem fishy...37 people in a week and we never had more than 2 positive cases at one time before now.) The owner is starting to hard push for mandatory vacation to work there. If this happens I will be fighting back and potentially leaving the job. Has anyone else seen or had to deal with this yet? Should I preemptive move and talk with a lawyer?

From what I was told you can't legally mandate an experimental vaccine. It never got FDA approval. It only has emergency use authorization. That being said good luck with a lawyer, a lot of them wont touch anything covid related because they are pussies not wanting to challenge the government super deadly pandemic narrative.

Same thing with doctors. Even the ones who know it is a scam won't do anything. Especially those working for communist university Healthcare systems.

Thank you for the insight. I figured it would be a long shot with a lawyer.

don't you have the right to keep your medical information private?

I thought so. Not in this new world bullshit I guess.

So I have been hearing co-workers hyping up the vaccination and a lot of social pressure being applied. I am defiantly leaning toward quitting my job then take the vax if it came to that point. But idk if they are asking to show proof? The same situation is zeroing in a lot of us....

There is a fake CDC vaccine off going around the Internet. Don’t quit your job. If they demand proof fake it.

You can let your employer know that none of the 3 “vaccines” have been approved by the FDA so he would be mandating an experimental medical treatment. It is NOT a vaccine.

Thank you. I was going to go with "if something happens to me from the vaccine, who takes care of my family?"

Apersonofinterest 7 points ago +7 / -0

That too. Companies who mandate vaccines should be liable for the damages. So should the vaccine makers.

Someone provided the PDF of the vax card a week or two ago. Grab a copy, put it on card stock, scribble some shit in, give it to them. They have no ability to check what is written on it. We do have some laws that still mean something on the books, medical privacy being one of them.

Already saved it. Gonna have one made up if it really needs to go that far.

Food allergies are your saving grace. Allergic to yeast. Start going to the dr now telling them you think you have a yeast allergy they will Document it. Then when said vaccine comes mandatory you can tell them you have a yeast allergy and can’t take the vaccine. Exempt there are a couple other food allergies also. If you have any documented allergy it may work as there has been no testing on p

Thank you for the info.

Also shellfish. You now have a deadly shellfish allergy and your doctor has advised you not to get the vaccine.

Yes, talk to an employment lawyer in your state if you are going to fight it. It will depend on what your state laws are on this, unless HIPAA or something like that comes into play, this isnt really my specialty so not completely sure. How serious your boss is is going to determine how proactive you want to be. But I personally wouldnt wait until he gives you the ultimatum.

Figured it would be best if I got out infront of the whole thing. I'll look for a lawyer and start preparing.

Consult an attorney if you like the job. Be warned if they push it, and you push back, you will probably be treated as a pariah. I say fuck it and make them fire you, and have the attorney in the pocket for the pushback afterward. You'll find out quickly how bad they want to keep you if they decide not to push it and not fire you.

I can handle the treatment. That won't be a bother. They will have to fire me if the want me gone.

Same here, but I work on fed property, and when I get off injury status they want me to wear a mask or take a fine. Not sure what to do at this point, but might wing it

Wasn't there a recent case ruling where a Judge said employers couldn't force employees to get vaccinated?

That set a precedent useful in court

My workplace give us email vaccine availability updates almost daily, sometimes three four times in one day. The emails always end with, "it is highly recommended". Won't be long and they will probably demand it. If so, I will walk out.

Don't walk ..make them fire you

basedbusdriver 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yes, you are right. My Irish blood boils quick. Make 'em pay is the correct option.

4
Forty_Five 4 points ago +4 / -0

Mine too. They tout that they'll soon have enough vaccines for all employees and their immediate families. Once everybody willing to get it has done so, you can bet the holdouts will be harassed to get it too. Great way to separate the redpilled from the sheep.

I work for a local government agency and there is a lot of peer pressure to get a vaccine, but nothing mandatory. I told one of the administrative people that felt like she was being forced, that she didn't have to.

Get a lawyer now and take notes on everything your boss is doing. You can have a big pay day ahead of you.

You're probably better off looking for a new job, but the retarded hysteria is everywhere.

Tell ur employer your life insurance company will not pay out for an experimental vaccine if you die from it so it’s gonna be a no from you on taking that experimental non FDA approved vaccine.

2
AngelMark 2 points ago +2 / -0

Or tell them you are allergic to bee stings n the vaccine cud put you in anaphylactic shock

2
Magilla__Guerilla 2 points ago +2 / -0

you should be fine if everyone else is vaccinated lel

stokinz 1 point ago +2 / -1

Draw up a liability contract that holds your employer financially responsible for side effects or death

CATaxSlave 1 point ago +1 / -0

Just give them a fake vaccine card. They can't verify anything and this scamdemic will all fade away once the politicians have played it for as much as they think they can get out of it.
