Countries that have relatively low crime rates and where murders are rare have the Death Penalty and enforce it quickly. They don't execute people 20 years after a crime. These Countries are relatively free from this kind of senseless violence. They are usually much less diverse. I'm thinking about many of the Asian Countries and the Middle East. Free societies thought it was cruel and have much more violence. It's not cruel to protect society and enforce standards. It is cruel to abrogate the responsibility to having lower murder rates. The legal experts, organizations, etc that have pushed this onto free societies lean left. It's part of their plan. This man died horribly and these two soulless and without conscience murderers will not face the proper punishment and his family and Society as a whole will not receive Justice.
