Yep, OP needs to understand that this story isn’t about employees sabotaging products. It’s about them being too scared to walk from their station to take a freaking restroom break because they are afraid what that time lost would do to their metrics. Meanwhile, the metrics goals imposed on them are so strict that they are literally impossible to obtain, so they may as well take the break 🤦🏽‍♀️
