I've lived in the Bay Area my entire 21 year life except for college in Reno. I was with my Fiancee at a bar in Walnut Creek, CA last night (absolutely popping, mask free) and I had just about the most amazing experience of my life. My fiancee introduced me to one of her friends from school. After talking with her for awhile she comes in real close to me and says "Are you one of us? Are you a republican?" and I just about LOST IT. I yelled "HELL YEAH I AM". We spent the rest of the night talking about how shitty California is and she pointed out to me all of her other Conservative friends (quite a few).
