Just as an aside I got some Fentanyl in the ER when I broke my arm and as far as I could tell it did nothing. The morphine on the other hand was sweet warm candy in my veins. I wonder if maybe some people just don't react the same?

They usually go up if they don't get a steady supply. They overcompensate.
