That's because they are. A mass shooting by definition is any shooting that involves four or more injuries and/or deaths. So they are not wrong. New York Post is the oldest news publication in the U.S. and generally very truthful for media. The leftist media is picking and choosing which mass shootings are substantial to fulfill their narrative. Places like New York, L.A., and especially Chicago have a great number of mass shootings everyday but because they mostly are black-on-black crime or it doesn't involve a white person committing the shooting they don't report it.
