Twitching from catastrophic brain damage isnt really "moving" Thats just whatevers left of his brain basically shutting down, going into a coma. He put up a good fight for an almost 70 year old man that just got tasered. Ive been tasered too and thatll take most of the fight out of you real quick. God rest his soul. Ironically he looked pretty young for a 66 year old man, probably would have had a another solid 10-15years left I would think.
