I think Globalism would almost by definition be at the high end of the Statist scale.

I could make an argument for a Nationalist government that was not Totalitarian, and something along those lines sort of describes the best outcome for Trumpism, but it's a slippery slope.

I much prefer the emphasis on Individual Liberty and localization, with a strong sense of National pride and overall purpose.
