This is so important that it should probably go beyond being stickied. It should be perma-stickied or added to some official links page or something. This effort is like watering the roots of a plant... it would have very big effects if we really get the word out and get a lot of patriots in those positions.
YES, actually I think this, and similar initiatives, should have their own community - so doesn't have to compete for attention with memes and 'OMG did you see what the Dems did today?!' posts.
