First, they'd have to even want to win an information war.

I picture them clutching their pearls while saying it (males, too).

That's the fucking point. They're not trying to win. It's all fucking theatre. As soon as the cameras turn off they go back to being the best of friends. You know it, I know it, everyone knows it.

We need to be the change we want to see. We need to start local and reject these big government policies by standing strong with our beliefs. We need to be the ones running. If we don't organize then we'll never be any different. We'll just be feckless faggots who would rather sit in our comfy chairs than be uncomfortable for a bit while we enact the change we wish to see.

The Cruise Ship Crowd isn't interested in that, doesn't sell the tickets.

They want to hear detailed arguments about the Laffer Curve for the 117th time.

Ahoy!

I don’t believe any of these “infection rate” numbers, even when they go our way.

The numbers are all fake and gay. Corrupted top to bottom.

The issue is we test healthy people.

I've had the flu a few times in my life. Only confirmed once.

Why?

They don't need to test. They see the symptoms.

The time it was confirmed?

H1N1. They tested because h1n1 was a NASTY FLU that killed people and needed to know if they needed to keep an eye on me. They called me daily and had me back for checkups every 3 days.

THERE IS NO REASON TO TEST IF YOU'RE NOT NEEDING A DIAGNOSIS TO KNOW PROPER TREATMENT.

I bet we would see a few hundred million "flu cases" annually if we tested for flu like we are covid

Republicans don't know hiw to win, period.

They selectively pursue their "principles", ignore movements that would actually make gains (super straight) and think posting hypocrisy about brainlets on Twitter is more important than fighting for the country.

Gnometard 9 points ago +10 / -1

You think they're losing?

You're not paying attention.

It's a uniparty. The Republicans are controlled opposition. The Republicans are winning just like the democrats.

It's just about impossible to win an information war when 95% of the mass media is actively and intentionally distributing propaganda.

thisisatestof2 7 points ago +7 / -0

CNN quoted an ICU nurse saying “I’m scared of what this is going to look like.”

Can they express it in the form of a TikTok dance? That seems to be the language they speak.

AdmrlNelson 5 points ago +5 / -0

Also, the flu season has ended now. They've taken everything flu, and called it corona, so of course covid goes down. Only fear-mongered idiots are freaked out about covid now

they're not feckless, they're either bought off or progressives. either way they're not the answer

Texas already has FIVE variants that have turned up: - Kurt Eichenwald

This new "scary variants" lie replaces the old "scary asymptomatic spread" lie.

1
booblitchutz 1 point ago +1 / -0

Eichenwald

Irish Catholic?

1
Jleinf 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yep

4
Reallytiredofthem 4 points ago +4 / -0

Bottom to the top. Corrupted and controlled.

3
Spezcuck 3 points ago +3 / -0

Can win an info war against people who dont care about facts.

3
Get-schlonged 3 points ago +3 / -0

I think the problem is we are the party of wanting to be left alone.

2
victory2024 2 points ago +2 / -0

Exactly. People who genuinely want to be left alone don't get into politics in the first place. On the other hand, "progressives" who want a bigger and bigger government are perfectly suited to wanting to work in government.

Simple fact, President Trump is the Republican party. The rest are just uniparty scum who serve the same masters as the Dems. The fraud of an election should have shown you that.

But yeah, the lockdowns unarguably kill far more than not locking down would. Instead of everyone getting sick at once and then getting over it while the vulnerable lock themselves away for a month or so, instead its a long drawn out process where it takes forever for everyone to get it, recover from it and thus become immune. Meaning the vulnerable people are far more likely to get it and die. Added to that the massive boost in suicides, depression, substance abuse, domestic violence etc and the obvious deaths that are coming from driving the entire country into poverty...

The lockdown was one of the most evil things to ever do and any politician who ever suggests it or supports it needs to be stripped of office, thrown naked in the street and investigated for ties to china.

Abbott gave in to the covid panic to begin with. That was his failure. Once Texas fell, the rest of the country fell. Abbott is no hero.

2
plaaaa 2 points ago +2 / -0

Ted Cruz still says migrants instead of illegals. None of the major Republicans say the correct word "illegals". Everyone has pussied down so much since 2016 when people like Katrina told the truth and everyone chanted lockherup.

2
tashnag_01 2 points ago +2 / -0

Covid doesn't exist. Stop playing their games!

3
Boomerang1 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yup covid accomplished its goal of mass mail in voting so anything more is just bonus points at this stage in the agenda.

I'm fine with morons being wrong and all, but engaging on these terms puts the side of freedom on an uphill battle. The position should always have been from word go that no numbers should ever have deprived people of their God given rights. Instead we accepted the premise that we could trade a little freedom for a little safety and look at us now. We need to stop engaging on their terms.

infinitysupreme 1 point ago +1 / -0

I guarantee that a majority of Democrats still believe Texans are dying in droves since lockdowns and masks ended.

AngelMark 1 point ago +1 / -0

Republicans fuck kids too so...

1
Destineed369 1 point ago +1 / -0

Stop looking to politicians to do anything and you will be less stressed out.

1
tentonbudgie 1 point ago +1 / -0

The Republicans are in on it.

Republicans = Washington Generals

Jleinf 1 point ago +1 / -0

Delaying heard immunity and blocking early treatment prolongs any epidemic

1
TGNX 1 point ago +1 / -0

Because they are on the same side.

1
Gnometard 1 point ago +2 / -1

Of course the infection rate is slowing. Instead of slowly spreading it can spread at a normal speed and everyone can get immunity quick, stopping the virus

they don't do it because bribes, and the top corps made MOAR money, and the kick-backs were too good just for staying silent, the kleptocracy runs deep on both sides of the ISLE, there is no R/L party, there are just patriots and tyrants

giantrabbit1 -2 points ago +2 / -4

Culture war crap is BS. It doesn't lead to electoral gains - Trump's economic populism did.

Focus on policy not culture war BS. Republicucks focused on Dr. Seuss for a week while Dems passed through all sorts of bullshit policies in the House. Instead of rebutting them, they spent time reading Green Eggs & Ham.

3
NoCoupForYou 3 points ago +3 / -0

RINOS made this argument since the late 90s. Despite controlling a majority of State Govs and the House for most of the past 25 years, here we are with trannies in bathrooms and sex offenders reading storybooks to little kids, total kowtow to China (how'd that "Free Trade will liberalize China from Communism work out?), etc.

If you told most LIBERALS in 1995 that in 25 years we'd have Drag Queen Storytime and people being called Nazis for saying they won't sleep with a Tranny, they'd have laughed at you and told you to stop reading the John Birch Crap. Conservatives would have laughed as well "I just saw Silence of the Lambs, c'mon man, everybody knows most trannies are nuts"

That's because since Gingrich, who won victories on a wide front, except for Tax Cuts and Expensive, Debt-busting endless occupations, the Republicans have completely lost on pretty much every single other issue. Gingrich was replaced by pederast Hastert, crying Bonehead, and lyin' Ryan, all of whom never seriously pursued anything but tax cuts, financial deregulation, and open ended deployments abroad.

The last thing the Republicans won was Charter Schools. Even the community policing and tough on crime is gone, replaced with soft-on-crime prison closures and no-bail and tickets for outright theft caught on film with upteen witnesses. Back to the 70s is the new standard crime policy.

A final data point: In the mid 90s, we had all the initiative. A federal balanced budget amendment was in the cards. Now, and again reminding that RINOs have controlled the House and thus the purse strings about 20 years of the past 25 - the debt today is far, far, far, far worse than in the mid 90s.

One of George Will's favorite arguments was Tone and Tenor. He would occasionally mock Radical Leftism, but insist we had to win on Logic and Comportment. Now he's revealed himself as a fellow Boho Atheist perfectly fine with the Alphabet Mafia he once (occasionally) opposed - until it became dominant, then he wussed out like all RINO Tone and Tenors.

Politics is downstream from Culture.

Lose the culture, and you will almost certainly lose the Politics. The history of just short of 3 decades of Republican control and the attitudes on everything from Soft on Crime to the Weathermen's Prairie Fire Agenda is now openly funded and taught in K-12 to Anti-White Institutional Racism is the status quo.

3
Gnometard 3 points ago +4 / -1

Republicans are working with the democrats.

They're not stupid, they know exactly what they're doing and they're laughing that people still think any career politician isn't part of the globohomo communist group

1
booblitchutz 1 point ago +1 / -0

No those days are over. The Dominioncrats understand that politics is downstream from culture. Republicans need to bite down hard on their mouthpieces and fight for our culture. That will result in political gains.
