The girls took off with the poor guy hanging out of the door, and crushed him into posts along the street before flipping the car onto its side (apparently flinging him onto the sidewalk.) He could have been killed/fatally injured already before the jogger-ettes flipped the car. However, it is fortunate that no bystanders were seriously injured or worse.
Most importantly, I do hope the girl got her cell phone back. She seemed pretty upset about leaving it in his car.

This seems like an honest and applicable case of felony murder at the very least. You could even argue that tasing someone that old multiple times is enough for intent on regular murder charges.
My TV knowledge of USA law (so I could be wrong) says it's felony murder, not an accident. Grand Theft Auto is a felony and death during the commission of a felony is murder.
Also, "two girls"... not "two black girls." I bet the race of the perpetrators would be in the headline if they were white.
