We actually had to change school districts for my son because of illegals.
Classes were a joke with kids coming and going due to "migrant" parents, pace dumbed down to accommodate non-english speaking kids that didn't want to be there, kids bullying people who weren't Mexican.
It was just a total shit show.
Fun fact, did you know that even if the parents are 100% illegal immigrants. Provably, absolutely here illegally. All their kids still get food stamps?
And you know why it's taking 2 hours at the ER now in every major city?

Homeschooling is the only option to protect your kids' future. I'm an ex-teacher and there's no school district anywhere that I would trust these days, even red state schools are being devoured by Marxist nonsense.
As an ex-teacher, did you think teaching is a good job for a determined conservative to get into or is it too overblown of a commie hell to stay sane in?
The US education system is a total shitshow. Most private schools pander to parents more than they challenge kids. Religious schools are a step better than public schools, but usually only because they don't have violence. I would not recommend teaching to anyone sane. Every teacher I knew left the profession, retired early, or went to Asia to teach and never returned. I taught the severely emotionally disturbed and I didn't leave because of the kids. I left 20 years ago because the system was soul crushing as you discover how little education actually occurs for the majority of students. And I'm told that I taught during the "good old days" compared to today's schools!
Schools with huge numbers of ethnic minorities have the lowest pass rates. Teacher spend far too much time with kids who have no business being in the classes they are placed in hence taking up all the class time and the room regressing because of it. Look at China, Japan, Indonesia, Singapore Tier 1 city schooling. They excel because there are no foreigners to contend with language and cultural barriers which works against the flow of getting smarter.
