I imagine not a lot of folks know what the hell you're talking about, but I scooped up their EBR prism for one of my weapons of mass erection solely due to my astigmatism and it makes a huge difference. Highly recommend.

I figured out it was my eyes when I got the gun shop to let me look through nearly 10 red dots ranging from cheap to high-dollar units. My eyes have a really bad mix of the "starburst" and "comma" appearance.
One of the things I was ignorant of when I got my eotechs was that to keep the reticle from being blurry, you actually need to focus on the target in the background. If you look at the reticle, it looks like shit and obscures vision, but if you just focus on the target, the reticle gets crisp. I know more about firearm usage than 90% of the people with CCWs and I'm still absolutely clueless about so much. This trick even works with my astigmatism.
You're correct, but an Eotech is not a red-dot as the guy you're replying to mentions. It's a holographic optic which is vastly friendlier to users with astigmatism than red-dot optics. Many users are able to use holographics with no problem compared to huge starburst issues with aimpoints or etc.
