they aren't the fucking police, they have specific orders, and that doesn't include getting into police business. I'm sure 100% of them are beyond pissed at what the gov't is having them do in DC, and are in ultimate IDGAF mode now.

There were people on scene that knew what happened, there were people on scene that did not. One never knows how they might react in an unexpected situation like that.
What I can tell you is this, there were quite a few people on the scene, one clearly seriously injured, and if someone on scene couldn't know that the girl had caused such serious harm, (of course most of them didn't know) but they did know someone was clearly seriously hurt, and no one was helping the injured party.
