As I understand it everything the Biden Administration is doing at the Border is against Federal Law. and does nothing but harm the Country as a whole and each and every State. Why aren't Republicans filing suit to get an injunction to stop it? Im asking seriously because I can't fathom how Biden and the Left are getting away with it.

Because Republicans are the Left, do not fall for their posturing like a peabrain. Everybody sane knows that now it's going to take radical action from the citizens living in this banana republic to change anything for the better. Like, say, making their lives actively as bad as ours so their bubbles are popped.
The people who fund and puppet Xiden don't give a shit about consequences because they can just move to another country if this one collapses.
I was more so referring to state Attorney Generals. I heard Montana just filled suit after discovering Border Patrol planes were dropping illegal Aliens off.
As far as I can tell, that is 100% CYA.
The feds are air dropping these disease infested parasites all across the US, and the states are being expected to take care of them, but you can damn well bet that any means necessarily would be used against any state that tries to "send them back".
