As with any supplement, overdosing will always have consequences, too much testosterone might transform you into a gorilla. But boosting it reasonably shouldn't hurt, especially if you match the decline plus a slight increase and document the difference.

The odd bit? It appears that testosterone may follow aggression, and not the other way around. You need to be more aggressive to get by? Testosterone boosts up to allow you to be the buff king you need to be to survive.
