The lack of black family units is 100% the reason for the pitiful accomplishments of Black Americans. In the early 1920's there was a huge black Wall Street, black businesses, black banks, and fathers in the home. Then along came the Democrats with the free stuff and.... voila, here we are!!!

That seems to be how the American Black Community operates. Other Ppl from Africa who come here do not have the same issues assimilateing into American Culture. And thirive on their opportunities. Just as many other ppl have, from all over the world.
I watched a Documentory on the city of Compton. Its a great insight as to how things work out for Blacks, or what they do to themselves. Compton used to be a white suburb. Then Black ppl started to move in. So whites left, "white flight". Whites took all the businesses and everything else. So here you have a chance to make your own community, Black owned businesses, blah blah blah. But no, they turned it into a getto. And the Asian's own all the businesses.
So whats, what? Is this a group of victims? Or just a group of ppl who can not excel in this modern society? Not all of them, but a lot. As far as I see, its all about clout, and how many baby mamas you got.
From my reading his point seems to be that it isn't about race, it's about culture. Thomas Sowell refers to it as "toxic ghetto culture". Blacks moving from Africa do very well in American society, but those born in the ghetto rarely make it out, and racism is blamed.
That being said, I would have skipped that second paragraph. Far too many negative implications, even if it wasn't intended that way.
