To me the saddest thing about the video of the man's death is that none of the numerous soldiers standing around the scene tried to help the dying man, even though they all learn cpr and life saving steps in boot camp. They just left him there in his rag dolled position as the she-boons worried about their phones still inside the car.

I'm not guessing, I once got lost and drove into a downtown area I didn't know. I stopped at a gas station to get directions/bearings. An older black lady saw me and approached me VERY concerned. She asked me, "What'ch y'all doing here? Is you lost?". I told her yes, she gave me directions, and then she said to me, "Just go in that direction, but you gotta get on up outa' here! It ain't safe! You just gots to go quick!". I looked around and she was correct. I hadn't been paying attention, but it was a very bad area. She was not being hostile or trying make me feel unwelcome. She was genuinely concerned for my safety.
