"The Court's decision articulated the view that individual liberty is not absolute and is subject to the police power of the state."
Our right to choose was taken away in 1905. People have had over 100 years to fight back and get that overturned and it hasn't been. "My body, my choice" came well after with the abortion movement. Conveniently (for them) it is still used only for abortion in states that do engage in mandatory vaccination for schools etc.
This is a do or die (or permanently sterilize or the rest of the risk list) moment where we need to get this ruling OFF the books once and for all.
If we can get rid of old laws in Michigan that enabled our governor to unconstitutionally extend her emergency powers, then we can get rid of this ruling. Problem comes in with our current US Supreme Court excelling at being Supreme Cucks and upholding clearly unconstitutional laws/mandates in the last year and change. This isn't trying to ignore the initial cuck-out of the original ruling itself as it came from the US Supreme Court back then too though.
Forced vaccines are coming. Be armed.
Hey! What happened to my body my choice?
