Here's the problem with all the "equity" crap being pushed on society....society sees a lot of these brain addled low IQ criminal types that will never be able to function at an equal level to the majority (of all races) and has no interest in living among them, ever. Then the people placed in positions of power due to nothing but their skin color refuse to acknowledge these idiots exist and instead blame "racism". This is all manufactured.
