This is actually a win. Men have long been wrongfully accused of rape just because a woman was drunk and couldn't remember.

It's only actually a win for losers that troll bars for women to take advantage of.

Most men don't want to meet women in these circumstances and don't worry about the consequences of immoral behavior.

Being falsely accused of rape is wrong no matter what the circumstances are.

Of course it is but putting yourself in a situation with promiscuous women with daddy issues is not very smart.

Thank God you are not sitting in jail for every stupid mistake you have made, and we both know there are plenty, or you would not be able to be here telling us all of your perfection and self-righteousness.

This sounds like Sharia, criminals should fear sharia!

This is the correct move. Otherwose any club slut could claim rape for their alcoholism and bad choices

Using that logic Chauvin can not be charged with murder in MN given Floyd was on drugs.

So what I'm hearing here is that if a member of the Minnesota Supreme Court gets drunk at their house one day, then it is perfectly ok for a stranger to come over there and rape the hell out of them repeatedly.

Noted.

If any justice on the MN Supreme Court decides to go out and get drunk then gets raped repeatedly, yes it’s fine.

Shouldn't she be charged with raping him as well because he was drunk?

Your logic, not mine..

I disagree with some of the comments here. Just because this woman was already drinking doesn’t mean she consented.

The Supreme Court said she did. It’s not us fren, it’s the ruling.
