And this company never personally interviewed me. I did get back ground checked supposedly by Uber. In 6 years this neighborhood went from the hottest place to live (where everyone knew each other and there was always a party or event going on) to a disgusting cesspool. Anyone who could leave has left and more are leaving by the day. Every week there are Uhaul trucks pulling out of the apartment complex footprints and homes with fresh property listing signs in their yards.

Clip starts with the man halfway in/halfway out of his driver's side door...lots of yelling, car lunges down the street...people yell "call 911" and then all of the sudden CRASH. Guy filming runs down the street, car is flipped on side, one girl is out walking around the other being helped over the car from front passenger side by a national guard soldier....several soldiers in scene and they were detaining the teens. Victim lies face down on sidewalk nobody's helping him. The guy videoing gets told to back up. That's it. I couldn't watch it for hours after knowing it was available. It really would enrage you.

Via mass transit they don't pay for. Ever noticed how every time the bus lines get extended outward, the shit comes with it and the neighborhoods go down the toilet? This is why.
Oh yeah, really high end shopping malls start to go downhill once they open mass transit in proximity to it.
When I moved into my neighborhood, you could fall asleep in one of the parks with your headphones in and your phone and wallet out on display and nobody would even think of messing with you. The biggest threat was a drunk person from the bar or tap house going to the wrong floor of their apartment building and trying their key in your lock.
Then they opened up a train stop (turned a chunk of land into an active train station) next to that neighborhood as well as built a single Section 8 housing building. Suddenly, junkies would make their way out here because that’s where the nice shit is, also trash would start harassing people to allow them to use their phones. Those fancy restaurants that served stuff like nice brunch with fresh baked goods? Expect to have some guy harass you when you exit, or hell, on more than one occasion they would come in and start fucking with people sitting at tables. The parking lots of some of the nicer apartments that used to have exotics (and I mean legit exotics) parked in them now had cop cars pulling patrols through the area, since questionable individuals were seen setting up camp in the lots.
To recoup the costs of paying for patrol services to come through, they started charging people for the previously free spots. This was also to deter those squatting in their cars from setting up camps in some of the lots (that were built for those who wanted to park-and-ride).
In 6 years this neighborhood went from the hottest place to live (where everyone knew each other and there was always a party or event going on) to a disgusting cesspool. Anyone who could leave has left and more are leaving by the day. Every week there are Uhaul trucks pulling out of the apartment complex footprints and homes with fresh property listing signs in their yards.
It all started with a train station opening up after new apartments were finished.
Maybe we need to burn down cities in Mohammed Anwar's honor...
