I would pay for and covertly expedite the mass movement of tens of millions of people from every shithole on the planet to the southern US Border.. I would do this because the current government of the US is as corrupt, weak and distrusted by a Majority of the American people and a vast majority of those Americans that have the fortitude to fight... Now is the Time to make bold moves to destabilize the U.S. .

I would Threaten Mexico and other central and south America Nations to prevent them from intervening. I would make a point of illustrating their vulnerabilities with internal stability and make a point that the US is a Nation in decline unable and unwilling to even defend its own borders and people.. I would suggest it is wise to establish favor with the rising power now..

I would also insure all sort of infectious diseases and parasitic infections are present in the Migrants as well as working with Compliant nations to ensure that their unwanted Prisoners made it on to the open border transport ships.

I would do all this knowing that those in charge of the US government are unable to respond in any effective way. and Knowing that they would Proffer up Taiwan and any other territorial or trade concession to end the crisis.
