After Floyd protests, they turned our journal club into an ANTI RACISM BOOK CLUB where we had to read WHITE FRAGILITY. Then we had a lecture on systemic racism in medicine. Then the doctors were encouraged to go to the parking lot, kneel for 8 minutes and then scream I CANT BREATHE. I refused to join in and made like I was too busy. But one woman confided in me that her black colleague called her a racist for not joining in with the virtue signaling.
