...is a meaningless statement. People have been infecting each other since the dawn of man. The purpose of liberals using this made-up phrase is to further infringe upon your actual rights as outlined in the constitution.

'Knowingly Exposing Others To HIV Is No Longer A Felony In California'

BOOM! There goes their whole argument.
Came here to say that, and so did everybody else.
Prove that I've infected anyone.
this is the right answer.
Letting infected illegals run wild also tends to undercut any supposed argument they were trying to make.
Yeah, actually you do have that right. It's a funny, yet not totally out-dated concept called "freedom of association." As long as both people know the risk of associating... there is really no issue.
The phrase "right to infect" also implies intent, which is just absurd. Not to mention our bodies are constantly covered in a hasty mix of bacteria, yeast, dirt, dead cells, debris and all sorts of viruses that we have little to no control over. In other words, we're all constantly "infecting" each other with everything that is transmittable.
I send this link to the scientifically illiterate. Luckily, we're all "infected" from the day we're born. Without "germs" we'd never survive.
You don't have the right to catch it from me either. I 'll sue you for theft 😂
It's not about truth it's about control
They don't have the right to infect people with the disease of Communism.
