To the degree that they collude to rule us and to relieve the government from its Constitutional constraints, rather than working to represent us and to honor and defend our Constitution, I agree.

I'd also add in the SCOTUS and the rest of the federal judiciary, the "intelligence community", the DOD, and the entire DOJ, top to bottom, especially the treasonous "rank-and-file".
