So any and all governments are illegitimate and immoral. Sounds like someone who has never been outside our borders.

Yeah, we have a lot of corruption right now, but government is fundamentally an agreement among the people to promote the general welfare and provide for the common defense. It can be good or bad, depending always on the character of the people in its employ.
