Your mostly right. We don't have to champion Cruz or many politicians when they stand up to Democrats. It can just be fun to watch on a site where people are constantly looking for new content. The talking heads can look so pure as they have the easiest fucking job in the world, but politicians have to be pragmatic if they don't have the numbers to get things done. I wish he fought more and harder, but it's not like I trust him as any more than a politician.

DeSantis sounds great, but I compare him to Trump and noone stacks up. I wonder mostly about China and keeping American jobs here and hope the new Republicans that get brought on feel the same and don't slide away from Trump's message. They're trying to splinter us away from Trump, always remember that, as there will be more who betray him.

Not a Cruz fan but my only real problem with him lately is him turning on the Jan 6th protestors. He caught a lot of shit for it though and seems to be working hard to make up for it.
