Isaiah 5:20

Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

21 Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight. Woe to those who are heroes at drinking wine and champions at mixing drinks, 23 who acquit the guilty for a bribe, but deny justice to the innocent. 24 Therefore, as tongues of fire lick up straw and as dry grass sinks down in the flames, so their roots will decay and their flowers blow away like dust; for they have rejected the law of the Lord Almighty and spurned the word of the Holy One of Israel. 25 Therefore the Lord’s anger burns against his people; his hand is raised and he strikes them down. The mountains shake, and the dead bodies are like refuse in the streets.

It's really hard to really put one's finger on it but when public trust gets to this level there are all sorts of negatives that make social life hell on earth. It may not seem like the things you notice mean much but they accumulate to the point where you don't trust anyone. Every honor system becomes fully exploited. Every little courtesy becomes an opportunity to stick it to someone. America has had this problem for a long time but I think it will get much worse. Neighbors becoming strangers. Bad faith agreements and constant reneging. Simple shit like allowing someone to go first. All these things seem innocuous and unimportant in the grand scheme but pretty soon it will be like you are living in a hostile environment.

Just yesterday someone cut in front of me in the line at the post office and they were openly hostile towards me. Because I'm not a bitch ass I told them they needed to get out of the line. I swear this asshole wanted to hit me. I think they didn't because they knew the amount of pain it would cause them. It was fuckin' surreal. By the way, the asshole derisively let me move in front of them, like they were doing me a fuckin' favor. He wanted me to get angry. But I was cool af and called him an asshole. I think this shit will become more frequent and more intense.

I agree. I noticed and talk a lot about it 20 years ago when the massive illegal aliens swarmed my area and I saw them changing out culture from a polite society (letting people go ahead of you in line) to a very rude society (cutting in lines, stepping in front of cars because they feel they have the right of way, etc). Now society has changed to being very rude.

Not to mention how not knowing the local language affects one’s propensity to be courteous. This is scientific fact that when someone exist outside their language comfort they become less courteous and treat those that don’t understand them less politely. It’s an internal mechanism that gets dulled when one is not able to effectively express themself through language. It’s almost like they don’t see the world as real or has consequence.

Well, shopping in a store and waiting in line and another checker comes to you and says in Spanish and English (because English speaking is a minority in many supermarkets here) "I can help you next in the next lane" and 2 or three of the illegals behind you run as fast as they can to get ahead in the new line. It's not a language problem, it's a cultural problem

I'm saying that the language barrier encourages the cultural problem. Obviously, they can just be snakes all the time anyway. I've just experienced being around people that use their 2nd language to be terrible to people in their presence. It was a point of contention with my ex-gf's family. I didn't tell them I knew spanish and what I witnessed is people being terrible. They openly talk shit about people because they treat their language as an armor that protects them from being rude af. The think is, it just brings out the shittiness that already exists. I told them that how rude it is to talk about people like that in general and it doesn't matter they don't understand them. It's a pea-brained notion that because they don't understand your language they must be stupid and are thus open for derision.

I understand both spanish and chinese and I have witnessed this bullshit from both. I think it's a human problem. I've even discussed this with my cousin who is a nurse for an ICU. There are a lot of Filipino nurses in Cali and they have a tendency to speak Tagalog with each other around patients who don't understand them. Well my cousin is married to a Filipino woman and understands the language. He said it's shocking and disgusting what they say about a patient sitting right in front of them. Calling them fat and ugly. Implying they won't give them good care because they are black or white. One nurse got fired because one of the nurses said she was intentionally not giving a patient pain meds because she thought he should suffer. He told HR and they found out that she was indeed withholding meds and taking them elsewhere.

Our society has passed the point of no return. The more I think about it, the more I think it will require a global economic collapse and/or global scale war to change the course we're on.

The only thing i can think of is vengence on the Democrats and there minority pets.

That might help a little bit or atleast accellerate the next civil war.
