Just got home from Boebert’s district. I was over there in October putting flyers on people’s doorsteps, including Boebert’s flyers. Walked into the Republican office in Durango; one person in there at the time; a 13 year old kid. He had just won a national award from the GOP for doing the most campaign telephone calls. He was the youngest to ever win that award. Some great people there that worked their asses off for her victory. They deserve the Trump victory, too. The stolen election is an especially atrocious crime against people like these.
And I need to be fighting on, too, and I really haven’t. The inauguration really knocked the wind out of my sails. I campaigned in Boulder, CO before the election. I’ve never witnessed so much pure evil hatred in my life. I’ve always said that I won’t bow down to bullies but this really messed with me. People calling me a racist with frightening hatred in their eyes. Someone hucked a solid metal object at me; would’ve knocked me unconscious if it had hit me in the head. Had the cops called on me 5 times. I was at a stop-the-steal rally in Denver when we marched to the abandoned Dominion office. Was in DC on the 6th of January. I still have my #WalkAway bumper stickers on my car. But I haven’t been engaged in the fight. I don’t know what to do that will make any difference now.
