Get in shape and learn some empty-hand and knife-fighting skills too brother. Even elite special forces train hand-to-hand combat because you never know when you won't have access to your firearm. Nice pic though, love it that you guys are taking your safety into your own hands!
Agreed, I have got very fat over the last couple years..not sure why, my entire family is fit.. but I am gonna get on the treadmill.. I’m just super proud of my mom.. we live together just the two of us and she has transformed from afraid to ready for a fight..
Sorry man I wasn't trying to call you fat lol. Just saying, a lot of people think the gun makes them invincible. You should be ready for anything. Knives, guns, fists, jiu-jitsu, carrying heavy equipment for 20 miles. It may sound crazy, but you never know. And you definitely should be proud of your mom, she seems like a based lady, and I'm glad she's refusing to be a victim anymore.
As a side note: If you are going to work out, screw the treadmill. I recommend heavy weightlifting coupled with some high intensity stuff like MMA training, kettlebells, or sprints. You'll burn far more fat and gain muscle, strength, and practical movement skills. But that's just my two cents, do what makes ya happy friend, and good luck.
You are correct, but it's a lot harder to get someone to put down the cheeseburger than it is to get them to do some deadlifts, hence I don't bother. If you can get a person addicted enough to weightlifting, they'll discover the rest on their own usually.

What this guy said. Forget the treadmill. Lift heavy ass weights. Squats, Deadlifts, and Presses.
None of that matters if your diet is trash though. That’s the most important part
this. keto was the biggest diet redpill ever.
Keto is okay in the short term for losing weight, but again you can still put on weight or keep it on with Keto.
To me it’s just calories in calories out. You eat 1,800 calories a day while working out like crazy you’re gonna shred fat off.
absolutely agree on CICO, keto just made it much to do. also learning about the standard American diet, carbs, etc was quite an eye opener.

Cut down on snacks and sugar. Helped me a ton. Drink just water if you think you can.
Inspirational to see that you took a life changing event and committed yourselves to become stronger as a result.
No kidding.
Be carefull she look like she handy with that shotgun
Scary story about the home invasion - sad too. Glad you’re choosing to fight through it
Great picture!
Let your mom know your internet friends think she is hot.
Agreed!
Very impressive, fren! You’ve inspired me!
