The problem with the bump stock ban is more the precedent it represents (which was specifically called out and rejected in this decision)
The idea that the ATF can unilaterally decide to make legally possessed pieces of plastic illegal by decree is a very dangerous idea and is likely to be the same logic Biden will use in his upcoming executive orders on ghost guns.

Seeing as how the Republican federal courts had no problem striking down this EO I expect them to strike down any Biden EOs as well.
