Race baiting is the idea that by constantly reminding people racism exists they can become racism activists, effectively turning a positive (tolerance) into a negative (racism). It doesn't matter how much good you do to these miserable ingrates, one flaw is all that is necessary to label you any which way they wish regardless of if it's a lie. Think about it, for every thousand good people one bad person erases all they do. It's as if the good people never existed because there's a single bad guy in the room.

Racism baiting ultra leftists fall under the doctrine of miserable mother in laws, no matter how hard you work to accomplish living life the best you can, they will always only see your imperfections. They are perfectionists pointing out only society's mistakes, not their substantial accomplishments. Activists pointing out that racism exists one time in one place completely ignore the thousands of charitable acts that take place every day all around us. We're surrounded by good people and good deeds that are so abundant we can't even see the widespread racism the loons think is taking over the world.

Solving the problem is the eternal struggle, how do we please our unhappy mother in law? As young people in this generation you might be unfamiliar with this scenario. It's as if the harder you try, the only thing you accomplish is becoming unhappy yourself. That's the point, she's there to make your life miserable just like her. Rather than try to improve your mother in law the solution is quite simple, live life happily with the sour grape. No matter how hard you try no one ever wins over the sour mother in law, their toxic mentally is a virus that has no cure. Stop trying to impress someone you're interested in in front of someone whose goal is to make everyone unhappy with life in general.

Can make this into a weekly thing, if you like leave topics you'd like to discuss.
