A RFID chip under the skin in the neck or head area is far more likely to be used than a QR code.
It's not going to be attached to your body, that's absurd. If they do try it, it'll be phone based, because that would maximize the amount of people using it. Even liberals wouldn't get chipped.
Should lookup quantum dots. It basically leaves a pattern with a chemical called luciferase enzyme. That is unique and can be applied to the hand/forearm or the head via a patch on a bandaid essentially. Then it can be scanned with a minor update to a smart phone.
