Nope. There's a world of difference between teenagers doing dumb kid stuff, and violently robbing and killing someone. If they haven't learned by that age there's certain lines you don't cross, they never will. Charge them as adults like they deserve, and let them spend the next 10-25 in prison.

Most kids break the rules in minor ways. They don't murder a family man while attempting to steal his livelihood.
